Bag frozen casserole
1 x bulb garlic
2x bell peppers
1 whole chorizo
1 x tin tomatoes
3 bay leaves
2 sprigs thyme
2 stock cubes
2 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp cajun seasoning
1 tbsp cumin
2 tbsp chilli flakes
Salt and pepper
Water to cover ingredients.
Pop all the ingredients into a slow cooker on high for six hours. Once it’s finished, leave tocool for a while and blitz in a blender.
Topped with chorizo, croutons, sour cream, parsley.
